The Illinois Missouri Area Committee and the YMCA Districts were established with the purpose of governing YMCA competitive swimming in the States of Illinios and Missouri as well as conducting YMCA Swimming Championships. These Championships are governed by the current National YMCA "Rules That Govern YMCA Competitive Sports," the Rules Governing Illinois / Missouri Area YMCA Swimming Competition and, to the extent not inconsistent with the foregoing and current USA Swimming Technical Rules.
